The Wing Business Class Lounge in Hong Kong is a sleek space which has many a positive review since it opened in 1998. Featuring a Noodle Bar, Coffee Loft and plenty of showers it is an excellent business class lounge to spend a few hours.
Located above Gate 2, it is adjacent to The Wing First Class Lounge and in the mirror image position to the Qantas Hong Kong Lounge.
Passengers with a Business Class ticket on a Oneworld airline plus Sapphire and Emerald elites have access, along with Cathay Pacific Marco Polo Silver members.

The Wing Business Class Lounge Review
The lounge is spread over two levels, a smaller space on the entry level (which is the same as the departure gates) and a larger upper level accessed by stairs or a lift.
On the lower level is a small seating area with a self service bar and buffet. Views are toward parking areas so not the most scenic.
Down the corridor is a business centre and the shower suites.
The upper level starts with a much larger seating area with the same spread at the self service bar and buffet. A number of Solus chairs for solo travellers are dotted around the lounge.
The Long Bar
A signature feature of Cathay Pacific lounges, the Long Bar is made of Carrara marble and contrasts sharply with the black marble flooring.
This is a great spot to enjoy the movement and magic of the busy apron at HKG.
The Noodle Bar
Cooked to order food in a Business Class lounge was unheard of until Cathay Pacific introduced their Noodle Bar concept. You can get a variety of noodles, including the signature wonton noodle soup, and dumplings made to order.
You order at the open kitchen on the left and you are given a buzzer. The chefs prepare your food in a matter of minutes.
There are high benches around the two bamboo gardens and low shared tables.
As I was heading off to The Pier Business Class Lounge, I didn’t end up putting in an order today.
The Coffee Loft
A cosy nook at the end of the lounge is The Coffee Loft.
There is a barista service plus a selection of cakes and pastries.
Seating ranges from a mini-Long Bar to armchairs and cafe tables.
The Wing Business Class Review Summary
The Wing Business Class Lounge remains a good lounge option at Hong Kong Airport for those departing from the lower number gates (i.e. just after immigration).
While The Pier Business Class and the Qantas Hong Kong Lounge are newer and nicer, The Wing Business Class lounge has all the important features like wifi, showers and a Noodle Bar.
